   MIAMI THINGS TO DO

Since its founding, Miami has focused on bringing in travelers and showing them a good time. There are places in the city where the party never seems to stop. There is always something to see or do. This city is packed with ways to entertain. There are beaches and hot dance clubs, historical regions and tourist traps. It is nearly impossible to run out of options.

Biscayne National Underwater Park - Family snorkeling and scuba diving available on the 20 foot-high coral reefs, canoe rentals($8 hr.) and picnic area. Glass bottom boat rides through mangrove creeks and islands out to the reefs. Reservations required. Glass bottom boat tour leaves at 10:00 adults: $19.95, children $12.95. scuba/snorkeling departs at 1:30 pm. Scuba diving departs 8:30am. Scuba diving $44.95, snorkeling $29.95.

Miami Beach - The Beach extends north to 87th St. and south to South Pointe Park. There are public showers and plenty of sun and sand.

Mid-Beach - Located in the middle of the high rise condos between 40th-70th streets. Usually a deserted stretch of beach.

South Beach - Where the beautiful people go to be seen. The hotels sport café's and restaurants usually with a Ferrari or Lamborghini adorning the curbside parking. A great place to blade is along the curvy concrete boardwalk that is a buffer between busy Ocean Ave. and the Beach. The beach itself is clean and wide not the best walking beach but a great beach to see topless babes in thongs.
