ALLour buffets will be replenished for the first
hour of service and remain open for an additional

minutes thereafter. There will be a $75.00 surcharge
for parties under 30 ppl.
General
Information, Policies, and Conditions
Menu
Selection
Your
menu should be submitted to our Catering Office
no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
All food or beverage must be purchased from the
hotel. No outside catering will be permitted.
Exceptions would include ethnic or religious cases,
which will be reviewed individually.
Guaranteed
Number Of Guests
You
will be contacted 72 hours in advance of your event
for your final guaranteed numbers. The hotel will
need a guarantee by noon on Friday for Wednesday
events. If a guarantee is not received your estimated
number of guests will be considered your guarantee,
and all charges will be made accordingly.
Payment
Payment
in full is required 72 hours prior to your function
unless direct billing is established with our hotel.
A minimum deposit is required for social functions
in order to hold space on a definite basis. If
you unfortunately have to cancel, 50% of this will
be refunded up to 30 days prior to your event.
After 30 days, the entire deposit will be non-refundable
and additional cancellation charges may apply if
cancelled within three days
Rental
Charges
Room
rental charges vary accordingly to size and specific
times that the meeting rooms are being used including
day of the week. Rental charges are also dependent
upon food & beverage purchases as well as audio
visual needs.
Meeting
Rooms
The
hotel reserves the right to assign and/or change
banquet meeting space that may be specified in your
contract should your attendance change or as deemed
necessary to accommodate hotel needs.
Packages
Packages
for meetings may be delivered to the hotel no earlier
than three (3) working days prior to the meeting
date. Any packaged received more than three (3)
days prior to the start of the conference will be
assessed a $5.00 (flat) storage fee per parcel,
per day.
The
first 20 boxes shipped will be delivered complimentary
to all meeting space requested. There will be a
$1.00 per box handling fee that will be assessed
thereafter.
The

all packages being shipped to the hotel:

Security
The
hotel shall not assume responsibility for the damage
or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the
hotel prior to or following a banquet or meeting.
Arrangements may be made for the security of exhibits,
merchandise, or articles set up prior to the planned
event. Any additional charges are the responsibility
of the patron and the hotel must approve any outside
security vendors.
Sales
Tax and Service Charge
Service
Charge and Sales Tax and will be added to all banquet
items including room rental and audio visual equipment.
Currently these charges are 20% Service Charge and
7% Tax.
Audio‑Visual
A
wide selection of audio visual equipment and services
including high speed internet are available on a
rental basis from AVI, our in house audio visual
company. Audio visual arrangements can be made
through the catering office or by contacting Ken
Jones, Director of Audio Visual, at 404/591-2000
