   CHICAGO FOOD

From burgers to beer nuts, fondue to frankfurters, Chicagoans love to eat. Cracker Jack (1893), Hostess Twinkie (1930), and McDonalds (1955), are all inventions of inspired Chicagoans. It's almost impossible to go anywhere in Chicago and not find a suitable place that will satisfy your craving. If you have the cash or the clout, the higher priced restaurants along North Michigan's Magnificent Mile will please your pallet. If it's a quick business lunch, or a bite between theater shows, the faster paced downtown area will have you in and out. However, if it's a romantic atmosphere you require, the more personable bistros and family oriented restaurants scattered throughout the many neighborhoods will fill the bill. The following are just a handful of what Chicago has to offer.

Ambria - Which is in the former Belden Stratford Hotel, and most certainly one of the finest restaurants in Chicago. 2300 Lincoln Park West
