The Official State Guide has good depth of information, but is bureaucratically lifeless. At least we get a misssion statement on the front page. Please, does anyone care what's the mission of the South Dakota Department of Tourism? Is there any doubt?
The state has a SD Fishing page with regulations, records, and other information pertaining to fishing.
