Oceanfront Efficiencies (overlooking the ocean)- units on the second or third floors offer a spectacular view of the ocean from their private balconies. Ground floor units offer the convenience of stepping off your private porch directly onto the beach, and the view is almost as good as the upper floors. Each unit features two double beds, kitchen, dining area, private bath with tub/shower, and the Atlantic Ocean. Kitchen utensils and cookware are provided.

Oceanside Rooms (no ocean view)- each room features two double beds or one queen size bed, small refrigerator, and private bath with shower. Beach and ocean access is just a short walk through the breezeway.

Westside Rooms (not on the oceanside of the beach road)- each room has one double bed (several have a double and a single), small refrigerator, and private bath with shower. Ocean access is across the beach road an through the breezeway (about 100 yards). Because these rooms are air conditioned but not heated, they are only rented May through September.
