Arrival procedures:
Call the phone number on your voucher or booking reference when you arrive at Birmingham Airport. Proceed to the Rapid Drop Off area, take a ticket provided from the barrier and park in one of the allocated bays. You will be met by a member of car park staff.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
You will be met at the airport terminal.
Exit procedures:
Once you have collected your luggage and gone through customs call a member of the Meet and Greet team on the number you have been provided with. Make your way to the Rapid Drop Off area and collect your vehicle.
Security:
The car park is staffed 24 hours a day and has secure perimeter fencing in place.

Entry procedures:
Upon arrival at the Airpark you are advised to park in one of the marked bays and go to the reception office with your booking reference and car keys. A member of staff will park your vehicle while you make your way to the terminal building. Please allow fifty minutes from arriving at the car park to reaching the terminal building.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
Shuttle buses are in operation 25 minutes, 24 hours a day. Transfer time to the terminal building is approximately 13 minutes.
Exit procedures:
Take a shuttle bus from the designated area back to the car park.
Security:
Regular security patrols are in operation along with CCTV. Secure perimeter fencing is in place.
Facilities for Blue Badge holders and passengers with reduced mobility:
Car parking spaces are provided in the Drop & Go area which is in close proximity to the terminal building. 60 minutes of free parking is provided for Blue Badge holders. If assistance is required you are advised to use the Help Points that are located close to the disabled parking areas.

Entry procedures:
Your car number plate will be read at the car park barrier and a ticket with a booking reference will be issued.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
Shuttle buses are in operation between the car park and the terminal building every 5 or 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. Transfer time is approximately 5 minutes.
Exit procedures:
Insert the ticket with booking reference shown at the barrier to validate your ticket. If a Booking Reference is not shown on the ticket go to the barrier and press the call button for staff assistance.
Security:
Security staff patrol the car park 24 hours a day and CCTV is in operation. Secure perimeter fencing is also in place.
